At Origamii, we take pride in offering carefully selected jewellery pieces. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all sales are final.

No Returns
We do not accept returns on any jewellery items once an order has been delivered.

No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any products due to change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, or sizing issues.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order number. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.
